Allow me to introduce myself. I was at a leaders' conference recently an asked the question, "Where does a church leader go when he is having marital problems or other issues in his life?" The room was silent. A therapist colleague suggested I start an online support group for church leaders. So, here we are. 

I have served as a preaching minister for over 40 years. I've experience many challenges in my personal life, my family life and my church life. The Lord has brought me through them all. But it would have been more helpful if I had others in my life who could hold me up through these challenging times.
